Returns policy

Withdrawal period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item, with no justification required (legal right of withdrawal).

Return procedure

• Send an email to support@rhde.com with your order number.
• Return the item in its original packaging, in its initial condition.
• Return shipping costs are at your charge, except for defective items.

Refund

Upon receipt and verification of the item, we process the full refund of the order amount to the payment method used, within a maximum of 14 days.

Non-returnable items

Customized items or items that have been used cannot be returned.
