This privacy policy aims to inform you, transparently and in compliance with applicable data-protection laws (including the EU GDPR and, where relevant, the California Consumer Privacy Act), about how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you browse our site or place an order. By using our site, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the purposes described below. Depending on your interaction with the site, we may process the following categories of data:

• Identification data: first name, last name.
• Contact details: email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
• Order data: items ordered, amount, purchase history, order number.
• Payment data: processed directly and exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified payment provider. We never have access to your card numbers, which neither transit nor are stored on our servers.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and data from cookies (see section 7).
• Communication data: content of messages you send us (email, contact form, customer service).

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

Each processing operation is based on a specific legal basis:

• Performance of the contract: processing, preparation, shipping and tracking of your orders; handling of returns and refunds; customer service.
• Legal obligation: retention of invoices and accounting records, fraud prevention.
• Legitimate interest: improving the site and our services, securing transactions, preventing unpaid bills and fraud.
• Consent: sending commercial communications and use of non-essential cookies. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Recipients of the data

Your data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is shared only with authorized recipients and sub-processors strictly necessary for the execution of your order, including:

• our secure payment providers (transaction processing);
• our logistics partners and carriers (delivery of your packages);
• our technical hosting and maintenance providers;

Each of these sub-processors is contractually required to ensure a level of data protection equivalent to applicable laws and may only use your data for the purposes we entrust to them.

5. International data transfers

Where data may be processed outside of your country of residence, we ensure that the transfer is framed by appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) in order to maintain an equivalent level of protection.

6. Retention period

Your data is only kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

• Account and order data: throughout the commercial relationship, then archived for 3 years from the last contact.
• Accounting documents and invoices: 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations.
• Prospecting data: 3 years from your last contact.
• Cookies: 13 months maximum.

At the end of these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

7. Cookies and trackers

Our site uses cookies to ensure its proper functioning (strictly necessary cookies: cart, session, security) and, subject to your consent, to analyze audience and improve your experience. You can at any time accept, refuse, or set non-essential cookies via the consent banner, or configure your browser to block them. Refusing non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to place an order.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against any unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure: encryption of exchanges (HTTPS/SSL protocol), restriction of access to authorized personnel only, and use of PCI-DSS certified payment providers. No bank data is stored on our servers.

9. Your rights

You have the following rights over your personal data at any time:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right of rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request the deletion of your data.
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object, notably to commercial prospecting.
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise these rights, simply write to us at support@rhde.com, specifying your request. Proof of identity may be requested. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence.

10. Protection of minors

Our site is not intended for persons under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors without the consent of their legal representative. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us so that we can delete it.

11. Changes to this policy
